It fixes the parent menu item not linking to the ID of the catalog, even through the sub-menu items for the categories would show the correct link.
Installation
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
The features of the previous modules are combined into a single one and moved into the Product Feature interface of Ubercart 6.x
