The Heathco Help Desk is a customer relation management system written using PHP and with MySQL backend. In this system the customers are not required to create an account. The system allows multiple departments, assignment of different staffs to each department. The administrators are given importance to manage staff, customize the knowledgebase etc., Sending support tickets through emails, flagging tickets, changing status of tickets, built-in messaging and more features available.
