This script is helpful for the programmers or for the web users to restrict the users not to type the text above maxium length specified by the users. Features of this tool are, it gives feedback to the corresponding user with remaining character stats, it gives alert message using JS popups if the text reaches the given maximum length and it can be used either on server side or on client side.
