In SERIES 7, members joining will have to pay their upline/sponsors (according to the plan of the site, for example if its 5x5, then 5 upline/sponsors) to have their account activated. An admin fees may be added to list of payee before account activation.
'Active' members have their privileges, namely
a) their referral links will be activated and access to banners uploaded by site's admin (i.e. they can start to make referral fees)
b) they will be able to access to the download section. (Admin can upload anything in this section; ebooks, audio, video etc)
