PHP-Survey is an advanced PHP tool for implemeting survey functions online. It consists of many features that are: An user administration system is to allow registered users with password utility. Anonymous / non-anonymous surveys are allowed. Survey can be opened / closed. Survey system is fully customizable in survey items, title, comments, questions, etc., Sharing of surveys among public is included. Templates system can be viewed / modified / deleted. Survey library and program analysis tools are provided. Survey results can be imported / exported. Availabilty of CSS stylesheet allows to customize survey contents. PostgresQL is used as backend.
