Tappeto Magico is a HTML preprocessor written in Perl. Tappeto Magico uses a mechanism that insert content into template. A tag file and a definition file can be created for consistent content. Tag and definition will be substituted according to priority. Template file can be made by text editor. It can display image size and resolve links automatically. Multiple version of the same website can be generated. This script makes use of template file, project file, source files and optionally a tag file and a definition file. Here the input and output directories can be defined. The script is optimized for generating a large scale website.
