You can use this ticket system as a helpdesk for users. Users can open new tickets and view his/her tickets. When there is a reply on a ticket the user will get an e-mail for notification. The admin can view all the tickets and can add a followup (reply) to a ticket.
This ticket system has an anti-spam image captcha, phpmailer for sending e-mails and login, registration included.
All the features are listed below, divided by user and admin.
User features: - Register an account - Activate registration (via e-mail) - Login and logout - Open a new ticket - Add a followup (reply) to a ticket - Get e-mail notification when there is a reply - Close a ticket - Open a ticket by adding a followup - View my tickets
