A Delphi scrolling component bar.More than just a simple toolbar, TScrollToolBar is a scrolling component bar. Vastly more functional than ordinary button-only toolbars, TScrollToolBar permits any visual control to be dragged and dropped into the ScrollToolBar at design-time, managing that control's coordinates to maintain proportional spacing between it and other controls in the TScrollToolBar. TScrollToolBar may be used in either horizontal orvertical operation. If the ScrollToolBar shrinks below a user-specified minimum height/width per component, scrolling arrows appear where necessary to permit access of components that can no longer fit within the new dimensions. Scrolling can be either linear or circular, the latter causing the ScrollToolBar to function as a sort of component rolodex, where scrolling from the last component brings the first component up as the next in line.
