InSPIRE -- Utility for stacking cross-sectional 2D images into 3D, then display in orthogonal planes
It is useful for visualization and image
registration. This code stacks 2D images into a 3D volume. It then resample user specified plane to obtain orthogonal image plane for 2D image processing and registration. To enable 2D image processing, the filename of each 2D slice should be image.1.png...image.5.png...image.n.png

This program allows users to view the cross-sectional view of a CT or MRI volume image.
It could easily be extened to see the coronal and sagittal plane images. Please modify the voxel depth, x, y and z dimensions for your image.
