MATLAB in Physics is four lecture series in MATLAB that is offered to first year physics undergraduate students.
The aim of this lecture series is to introduce students to computational methods in MATLAB to solve problems arising in physics that cannot be solved analytically. No prior knowledge of MATLAB is required. Themes of data analysis, visualization, modeling and programming are explored throughout these lectures.
A new general IIR digital fractional order differentiator/integrator based on continued fraction expansion of weighted operator which is mixed scheme of the trapezoidal (Tustin) rule and the backward difference (Euler) rule.
This function carries out the following tasks:
1) Allows the user to select the first timestep of an SRH model output to convert, regardless of the SRH version used.
2) Automatically renames SRH files from SRH1, SRH2...SRH100...
An add-on module for Apache Solr Search Integration to enable indexing and searching of file attachments. The text of the attachments may be extracted locally using Tika (a java application) or remotely by Solr (using the same Tika library).
The output figures will show effects of the number of series terms and use of the Lanczos sigma factors to smooth the Gibbs oscillations.
This programs shows how to read data back from the Agilent/HP 8753/8720 Series Network Analyzers using FORM5 (32-bit little-endian) binary block format
This adaptor enables you to use MATLAB and MATLABd-deOaos Data Acquisition Toolbox with the U2600A Series data acquisition devices. Install this adaptor as instructed in the installation guide called d-deDUGetting Started d-deOCt MATLAB with...
Use this function to plot several time series aligned beneath each other with shaded blocks highlighting important sections.
Starting from version 7.x-2.1, meta tags functionality is splitted to several modules:
Main module. Adds meta tags support for site pages
This function generates a fan chart. A fan chart aims to visualize the uncertainty that surrounds a sequence of point forecasts.
The function can be provided with a series of density forecasts and historical data.
PHPGraphs is a set of graphing classes for php.
The basic graph types are line, point, area, and bar. Also, an advanced Time Series graph is included. PHPGraphs supports large numbers of large sized data sets.
This programs shows how to read data back from the Agilent/HP 8753/8720 Series Network Analyzers using FORM4 (ASCII) string format.

PHPSermon is an audio sermon content management system based on PHP and MySQL.
It provides a simple way to include speaker, series, reference, date, title and links to various digital audio and powerpoint files. It is designed to be...
A command line tool which can import the binary files generated by Tektronix TDS series oscilloscopes.
filename = 'TEK00000.ISF';
[data, header] = isfread (filename);
The arclength function computes the length of a general space curve. This is not too difficult if the curve is assumed to be piecewise linear (a one liner) but if the curve is to be a smoothly interpolated spline, then the problem becomes more...
Rt: returns series
alpha: VaR level
CFVAR: Cornish fisher VaR with alpha probability and time horizon as the returns series frequancy
A new general FIR digital fractional order differentiator/integrator based on power series expansion of the backward difference (Euler) rule.

Polar Parallel Coordinate Geometry (PPCG) plots standardardised time series data. Colour is used to demonstrate data through time; black being the oldest to white being the newest. 2 - 3 Std deviation warning/action limits are also highlighted by...
Function calculates window cross-similarity between time series of threshold crossings for selected window span. Correlation between high temporal resolution records aggregated over time for records of original resolution.
