The library is supplied in ActiveX and DLL editions.

Encrypt whole INI-file from ascii to binary.
Decrypt whole INI-file from binary to ascii.
Add/Search/Delete section of INI-file.

Encript/Decript a single key value.

Does not require regisration in system registy.
Independent of additional libraries like VB Runtime library, MFC and etc.
Available fast encryption and decryption keys values.
