Dunn's test 1.0 Description
Description: Dunn's test is the not parametric analog of Holm-Sidak multiple t-test. When you use the Kruskal-Wallis test, you know if there is a difference among your groups, but you can't apply the KWtest for each couple because the overall error is >alpha (Bonferroni inequality). By Dunn's test you can highlight where is the difference using multiple, stepdown comparisons. The algorithm requires the Statistics Toolbox.

Performs Mantel-Haenszel's test for k strata of 2x2 tables.
Mantel and Haenszel proposed this asymptotic test based on the chi-2 distribution. Assuming no three-way interaction (k independent strata).

Input:
X: data matrix (size 2x2xK) of the observed frequency cells, (a,b,c,d) for each stratum k.

This file use the Sandler's test to evaluate if exist a difference after a treatment. The Sandler's A-value can be transformed in the Student's t-value. Sandler requires Statistics Toolbox because use TINV and TCDF funtion.
To compute power,...

Paired proportions have traditionally been compared using McNemar's test but an exact alternative due to Liddell is preferable. the usual reason for using approximate methods, when exact methods are available, is that the former are...

In statistics, McNemar's test is a non-parametric method used on nominal
data to determine whether the row and column marginal frequencies are equal. It is named after Q. McNemar, who introduced it in 1947. It is applied to 2x2 contingency...

Tukey's test of additivity for a two-way analysis of variance design with replication (can be equal or unequal sample sizes) or without replication.

This file performs the Stuart-Maxwell's test for all the marginal homogeneity (i.e. across all the categories simultaneously) for each of the two sample times (nominal samples). Obviously, it need a square KxK table.

It is a...

This m-file performs the Bowker's test for symmetry. It is an extension of the McNemar test to a KxK situation. There are now K response categories for the two dependent samples.

The null hypothesis is that the probabilities in the...

Brown-Forsythe's test is developed to estimate whether more than two groups are homoscedastic. In the Brown-Forsythe's test the data are transforming to yij = abs[xij - median(xj)] and uses the F distribution performing an one-way ANOVA using y as...

In the Obrien's test to check out the homogeneity of variances the data are transforming to
yij = ((nj-1.5)*nj*((xij-mean(xj))**2)-((0.5)*(var(xj))*(nj-1)))/((nj-1)*(nj-2))
and uses the F distribution performing an one-way ANOVA using y...
