When they arrive, they will check-in, get a match card, a nametag (first name only) and a table assignment. At that time they will be free to get a drink from the cash bar and mingle (everyone is there to meet one another). They will be asked then to take their designated seat at a table for two, a host will give a brief explanation on how speed dating works and the dating will begin as scheduled when the bell rings.Participants talk about whatever they want until the bell rings again.
