KBackup is a file and folder backup utility, with the option of backing up to either local/network drive or to a remote FTP site. Using any browser, it's possible to access the secret WWW page that's created for you and select the backup to restore. These are password protected for the security-minded. Automatic backups can be scheduled and the application takes care of backing up only the changed files/packages. In addition, KBackup is integrated with Windows Explorer, so creating a backup is a simple right-click away.
