MIMO MRI 1.0 Description
Description: Model Predictive Control based on linear models is widely used in the process Industry.
A function is provided to fit a local linear model to a data set so that the model obtained is designed to perform predictions within a prediction window. The model is commensurate with the MPC control cost function.

CSPHANTOM is a test phantom tailored to compressed sensing MRI algorithm development. It is designed to be non-sparse under a gradient transform and to contain features difficult to reproduce with partial Fourier sampling. We hope that this phantom can be used to evaluate the quality and accuracy of compressed sensing MRI reconstruction algorithms in the noise-free domain so that real-world applications of CS MRI may be improved.
Discuss the case where there a multiple (two) transmit antennas and multiple (two) receive antennas resulting in the formation of a 2x2 Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) channel. We will assume that the channel is a flat fading Rayleigh...
In this programe a highly scattered enviroment is considered. The Capacity of a MIMO channel with nt transmit antenna and nr recieve antenna is analyzed. The power in parallel channel (after SVD decomposition) is distributed as water-filling...
The MIMO Toolbox is a collection of Matlab functions and a GUI. Its purpose is to complement the Control Toolbox for Matlab with functions capable of handling the multivariable input-output scheme. The MIMO Toolbox was developed for Matlab 7.
You can read 3D ANALYZE MRI image and view it interactively in the three planes. It is simple and helpful for students and researchers in medical image processing.
It is not perfect code and you can enhance it and add many things, it is just...
These tools read and visualize Analyze MRI data files (.hdr, .img). Further work will create functions to write files. See http://eeg.sourceforge.net/ for more information and regular updates.
This method computes an accurate continuous approximation of the DW-MRI signal using adaptive kernels (A. Barmpoutis et al. "Adaptive kernels for multi-fiber reconstruction", In the Proceedings of IPMI, 2009). The approximation is based...
- Simulates MRI data according to the forward model in the presence of field inhomogeneity
- Map MRI data to the harmonic retrieval data
- Solve harmonic retrieval problem to obtain the estimates for the image, field map, and T2* map
The three-dimensional viewing of MRI images can help understand the position of (double) oblique slices as often used in cardiac MRI.
The function returns a figure handle which can be used as input argument to display a second slice in the...
