MP Tournament Module 1.0 Description
Description: The module features a signup that will allow users to signup themselves or their team. Input fields have a character limit for security purposes. The username and IP address are logged when anyone signs up and will be displayed in the admin panel.
When a team signs up their team name will be displayed on the Teams page along with the date they signed up. It will also be displayed in the admin panel where it can be edited.
Once you get your teams you can update the brackets by typing in the team name in the appropriate slot. A list of signed up teams can be found at the top of the bracket admin in a drop down menu. This list is only for reference, you still have to manually type in the team name. The entire bracket is updated at once so, make it look how you want it and hit Update button at the bottom.
As the teams complete their matches they can submit the results through the module. Again the username and IP address are logged and displayed in the admin panel. All submitted matches are displayed on the matches page and in the nuke admin panel where they can be edited. You then refer to the submitted matches to update the next round on your bracket.
Once your tournament is finished you can display the top 3 winners through the Settings admin. These 3 will eventually need to be moved to the previous winners after your next tournament so you can display the new winners. There is also a place to input upcoming and previous tournaments.
