Description: NESTED Nested logical indexing
OUT = nested(IN) returns the final result of a list of nested logical indices. If IND_1 is a logical array and IND_(n+1) is a logical array of those that are TRUE within IND_(n) then nested(IND1,IND2,...) produces the resulting logical array of the nested logicals statements

If inputs are not logicals they will be transformed to a logical, with any non-zero value acting as TRUE

Example 1:
ind1=[1 0 1 1 0]; ind2=[1 0 1];
out=nested(ind1,ind2) % Ans: [1 0 0 1 0]

Example 2:
ind1=[1 0 1 1 0 1]; ind2=[0 1 1 1]; ind3=[0 1 1]; ind4=[1 0];
out=nested(ind1,ind2,ind3,ind4) % Ans: [0 0 0 1 0 0]

Example 3:
ind1=[1 0 1 1 0 1]; ind2={0 1 'a' 1};
out=nested(ind1,ind2) % Ans: [0 0 1 1 0 1]
