Normalised Partial Energy Sequence 1.0 Description
Description: alculate the normalized partial energy sequence (NPES) for a given signal vector X.

If a particular transform is capable of capturing the key features of a signal in few coefficients, the NPES will approach unity for relatively quickly.

There are many techniques used to deal with the problem of high PAPR in OFDM systems. An effective one is the Partial Transmit Sequence. It is simulated for QPSK modulated 64-subband OFDM system.
Moreover, a .mat file of 100000 such OFDM symbols is available.
