PHP Surveyor is built on PHP code that gives functions to manage a survey system online. Entire Surveys can be displayed as single questions or group by group in same page. 'Branching surveys' can be included. Statistical report can be generated for survey results which are exportable in desired file formats. Template manager helps you to modify the outlook of surveys. 'Tokens' are provided to a particular person on a list of members to invite them to utilize the survey contents. Data entry screen is included with survey system.
