PVA Picture is a double product. It's a large collection of images and a handy property editor for Borland Delphi. You can use this product as a separate program (PicBase.exe) and as Delphi property editor (PicEditorDxx.bpl). If you are bothered to select pictures for your buttons and images for your forms and so on, then this program is for you! You can create personal libraries and email them to your friends.
