Proxy Scripting - Load External Data 5/MX

by Jeffrey F. Hillaaaa

This article/tutorial attempts to explain one way in which you can load External data (different server/domain) into a Flash movie. By using a proxy script we can access any file on the internet and load it into a flash movie. The example that goes along with this is a Flash based search engine - that sends data to a search engine (such as Yahoo) from a flash movie - and returns that info to the flash movie. All the source files and scripts are included in the download.
