Add interactive gantt charts to your WPF Web applications. WPF Gantt includes a rich and interactive Gantt control that was natively built in WPF for fast performance and a professional look and feel. WPF Gantt includes a very simple and intuitive programming model, flexible printing support, data binding, effort driven scheduling, progress tracking, localization and more.
WPF Gantt Rich Visualization
The Gantt control fully exercises the power of the WPF platform and extends rich and customizable visualization and interactive capabilities with great graphics and animation.
WPF Gantt Intuitive Data Binding
You can easily bind a database table or any list with the Gantt control. Mapping your data source fields to the controls is easily done declaratively in XAML. Binding to Entity based or LINQ data sources is fully supported. Or you can even persist data in XML files. You can even consume data from Microsoft Project XML files.
WPF Gantt Built-in Resource Assignment Capabilities
WPF Gantt includes advanced resource assignment capabilities including a built-in checkbox dropdown to assign multiple resources to a task. Multiple resource assignment could automatically adjust the duration of a task based on whether you create Effort Driven or Fixed Duration scheduling.
WPF Gantt Effort Driven or Fixed Duration Scheduling
In Effort Driven scheduling, assigning multiple resources to a task automatically adjusts the duration for the task using the formula Duration = Effort / Units. Optionally, even allocate a resource part-time or over-time with the ability to specify an allocation unit % value.Alternatively, setup Fixed Duration scheduling where the duration of a task does not change with resource assignment.
WPF Gantt Resource Leveling
Do your resources have too much work assigned to them? Easily resolve resource conflicts or overallocations using the built-in resource-leveling feature. Leveling will shift the task to a future date until the resources that are assigned to that task are no longer overloaded.
WPF Gantt Intuitive Data Binding Task and Dependency Editing
Easily Indent and Outdent tasks to change their parent-child relationship. Also move one or more tasks, up or down within the list easily via drag and drop. Context sensitive tooltips and information popups provide excellent usability to your end-users.
WPF Gantt Critical Paths Support
Easily visualize activities that are part of the critical path to help you determine which activities could cause delays in your project completion.
WPF Gantt Progress Tracking
End users can easily track and adjust the progress of a task with an embedded progress bar.
WPF Gantt Customizable Appearance Includes a rich interactive UI based on standards like Microsoft Project, and is also fully customizable via properties and custom templates. Custom adorners support helps you render anything you want on the task bars via templates.
WPF Gantt Culture Aware and Localizable
The control is fully culture aware and the internal text used is easily localizable.
WPF Gantt Flexible Timelines
The gantt chart supports varying customizable time line headers. Use one or more of day, week, month or year based time line headers.
WPF Gantt Robust Dependencies Support
Allows setting up different types of dependencies between the tasks: - Finish to Start (default) - Finish to Finish - Start to Finish - Start to Start. You can also specify a lag between the dependent tasks.
WPF Gantt Special Days Support
Includes customizable special day markers to indicate deadlines.
