Tetra-WebBBS is a follow-up of WebBBS, a web-based bulletin board (or forum) system originally programmed by Darryl Burgdorf. Darryl's development of WebBBS stopped at version 5.12 back in 2002. In 2006, a team of people, unrelated to Darryl, set up Tetra Team and started working on their own updated version, named Tetra-WebBBS. Tetra-WebBBS lets board users define how they display the message index and the messages. They can tailor the index based on date and/or subject. They can view the index as threaded or unthreaded (flat) lists. They can view the messages in single message or guestbook style. A wide variety of options are available to both the administrator and the users..
