TGlobe displays GIS and mapping data on a real-time, interactive three-dimensional globe, cartesian, mercator and other projections of the Earth. Even visible at design time on the form in Delphi. The 3D globe can be rotated and zoomed to display a close-up of any region of the Earth and you can interact with the countries and objects displayed. TGlobe directly interfaces to industry standard MapInfo .MIF files and ESRI .SHP files, and with version 4 TGlobe now reads point data directly from a database table or query. |
