WebTR is a perl oriented script with which one can track their trouble reports and can update the changes with appropriate status such as new, waiting, completed and so on. Projects and users are allowed in numerous numbers and admin supports users in various levels and lets them create new TR on their projects with priority info. Assignments can be set for resources and queues etc., Multiple database system can be included. Mailing module is available. Templates for page customization and search functions are included.
