Context help will allow you to create help for portions of your system. The help will be minature views that will popup when you request them based off pieces such as taxonomy, url, term, node type or menu location.
The module will attempt to make the help completely configurable to the administrator and will weight multiple pieces of help so the relevant portions are displayed to the user first.
